Essay

Thesis deals with studying the influence of cadmium at doses of 0.03, 0.05 and 0.3 mg / kg of body mass on the activity of enzymatic and no enzymatic system of antioxidant defense of bulls organism and the level of lipid peroxidation products generated by chronic and acute cadmium toxicity. Done search have made it possible to further explore the effect of cadmium on the body of young cattle and make appropriate amendments to the disclosure of the mechanisms of chronic and acute toxicity of cadmium flow in animals, taking into account the state of antioxidant system and lipid peroxidation. Complex valuation of intensity effects of endogenous intoxication enables fully to assess the destruction of animals and how to choose the ways of correction of antioxidant system in the presence of cadmium in the feed of young cattle at doses in excess of the allowable daily level. Scientifically proved the feasibility of using Hydrovite E, E- selenium and Mevesel for the correction of antioxidant system in bulls blood under conditions of chronic cadmium toxicity and use of Ursovite ADES and Mevesel-injected for the correction of antioxidant system of the bulls blood under conditions of acute cadmium toxicity. They enhance the detoxification function of the liver, inhibit lipid peroxidation and activate the enzyme and no enzyme system of antioxidant defense of animals.
