Kazanzhy M. Psychology of the facilitative potential of a person

The dissertation is devoted conceptualization and empirical study of the facilitative potential of a person in the context of system approach. There have been pointed out psychological peculiarities of the facilitative potential of a person through the revealing of its structure, main fields of manifestation, personal mechanisms and preconditions of a facilitative interaction with the definition of facets of the general function; the relationship between the facilitative and inhibitive ability has been examined. There has been clarified the essence of the facilitative ability in the context of its interrelations with peculiar personal characteristics. Psychodiagnostic methods for diagnosing different aspects of the facilitative ability have been created.
