Essay

The object is the process of teaching senior preschool children the Ukrainian language in educational institutions with regional languages of education. The goal is justification and validation of theoretical and methodological and conceptual frameworks and experimental methods of teaching preschool children the Ukrainian language in a multicultural society of Ukraine. Methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. The novelty - theoretical and methodological and conceptual foundations of teaching preschool children the Ukrainian language in a multicultural society were grounded. The didactic-linguistic model of teaching children of preschool age the Ukrainian language was developed. The concepts of "multicultural space of Ukraine"; "multicultural speech environment", "state language policy", "ethnic group", "native language", "second language" were clarified. The technique of speech development and teaching the Ukrainian language in multilingual, multicultural environment was further developed. Results - diagnostic and experimental methods of teaching preschool children Ukrainian in a multicultural society were developed. The effectiveness of implementation is high. Branch - educational, preschool educational institutions.
