Gumenuk Y. Labor Migration In the System of Tectonic Shifts of World Economy

The object is the process of the development of international labor migration. Purpose - deepening of the theoretical and methodological bases of shaping and development of the system of international labor migration, the substantiation of the tectonic shifts of the world economy by the action of objective economic phenomena and shaping on this basis of the conceptual model of the international market for labor and labor migration priorities of the Ukraine. Methods - dialectical scientific method, systems analysis, the comparative analysis, institutional, abstract-logical, historico-logical, statistical and expert. Results - proposed the new conceptual solution of urgent scientific problem - the formation of the theoretical and systematic bases of the transformation of the organizational and economic mechanism of the development of international labor migration in the system of the tectonic shifts of the world economy. Novelty - it is substantiated, that the labor migration is the social elevator, which determines the global fluctuation of regional productivity of labor. Are identified relative poverty and middle class as reasons and the consequence of the process of international labor migration. Categorial apparatus is augmented by the following concepts: migratory lability, transfer-transit migration. The model of the transfer-transit migration of two orders is proposed. Are usovershenstvovany the theoretical the bases of a study of the system of international labor migration as the multi-measuring process, caused by the multifactoredness of its formation; institutional approach to the structurization of the system of international labor migration; the model of the regulation of the system of international labor migration. It is developed konception of the tectonic shifts of the world economy as global rise of regional productivity of labor; the examination of hierarchy of demands as the motivator of the development of international labor migration.
