Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement the hygienic principles and to the development a methods of formation the healthy technologies of the educational process in secondary schools. The research outputs allowed to define the binding interrelated health-technology components of educational process: the adequacy of the workload, the optimal ratio of work and rest, the health improving sport lessons, the special prevention of the musculoskeletal system disorders. The relative risks of children's health worsening, when do not comply their optimal levels, are calculated for the identified indicators. There is developed the method of assessing the degree of educational process deviation from a safe level with the calculation of integral index. There are developed the conceptual approaches to the health improving sport lessons in secondary schools. The program of prevention and correction of children's musculoskeletal system is developed and implemented and its positive effect is proved. There is developed the methodical approach to the assessment of adaptation and reserve capacity in school-age children and established the depends of this parameter on the conditions and organization of physical education, quality of sport lessons and distribution of academic load, which makes it a marker of the effectiveness of educational process organization. The basic principles of formation the healthy technology of educational process are comprehensiveness, interagency and intersectoral integration, multi-level cooperation, professionalism and responsibility, feedback.
