Davydova I. Employment as an area of intellectual capital realization

Object of research: the system of economic relations of the interactions employment with intellectual capital. The objective: to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of research to uncover meaning of employment in the implementation of intellectual capital. Methods: unity of logical and historical approaches, a combination of abstract and concrete, quantitative and qualitative approaches, unity of analysis and synthesis, evolutionary and institutional approach and logic simulation method, the method of peer review. Results, novelty: methodological approach to the employment of a unity of activity which include current structure of employment and economic relations as its fundamental structure; disclosed dualism employment, which is in contradiction playback employment as a way of realizing economic goals appropriation performance and satisfaction of material needs and interaction work as duty with the values of self-identity; content and structure of intellectual capital in employment at stage criterion is solved; improved: conceptual approach to the disclosure of basic modalities (possibility, necessity, reality) and their implementation in stages in the employment in market system; characterization of subjective and objective sides of employment, which are determined by the trend of intellectualization of the economy; were further developed : effective employment by the disclosure of its contents from the standpoint of different actors and institutional economic conditions; characteristic of trends of intellectualization gain in employment. Areas for use: research, teaching work, practical work of bodies of state regulation of economy.
