Sedlyar J. Policy of Sanctions in International Relations of Postbipolar Times.

In the thesis the author's understanding of the complete picture of the policy of sanctions usage by great countries on the level of multilateral and bilateral diplomacy is represented grounded on the wide sources and documents basis. All stages of international relationships evolutional transformation of post bilateral times are under the author's consideration. The assessment of such diplomacy effectiveness in its progress and quarantee of states' interests is given. Maximum objective and grounded conclusions concerning modern tendencies of the policy of sanctions usage are worked out. Conceptual character recommendations for Ukrainian diplomacy concerning optimization of the policy of sanctions usage for the guarantee of the Ukrainian state sovereignty, its security support in conditions of real Russian Federation aggression are formulated.
