Theoretical studies sending to determination of dish discontinued wheels geometrical parameters and creating conditions to predetermine the required processed gear tooth surface layer quality in griding are carried out. On the basis of the worked our method of determination of structure changing critical temperature penetration depth on the processed surfaces a technique to distribute a stock to be removedon grinding is offered in grinding of carburized gears/ the method of equalization of the stock to be removed on the sides of tooth at carburized gears grinding is worked out. Firstly in theory a distiction of the temperatures formed in the gear grinding by the dish wheels in the different points of a processed involute profile is grounded/ The reasons of forming of self-reactanca resonance and ways of its prevention in the resilient system of gear-grinding machine are exposed in theory.reasons of forming on the abrasive wheels of well-developed cutting relief directly in the process of grinding are grounded in theory. The results of the executed researches are inculcated in an educational process and on the industrial enterprises of Ukraine and Russia
