Essay

The dissertation deals with the theoretical and methodical bases for training of primary school teachers to social and educational activities. The researcher worked out the author concept of training based on subject-active, interdisciplinary, socio-system, synergistic, axiological, cultural, structural-functional approaches. The research discloses functional and meaningful content of teachers' work in socio-educational field. The author suggested the conceptual framework, developed and tested the structural and functional model of system training students in the field of "Primary education" to the social and educational activities; presented the results of diagnosing cognitive, motivational, social, communicative, moral, aesthetic and action-technological readiness of future teachers to solve practically the outlined problem; characterized organizational and methodological support of teacher training to social and educational activities at school of the first degree. The researcher proved promising areas for further research studies of the problem. The research results are put into practice of higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
