Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical-methodical justification of rational formation of system of long-term training of football players for achievement of the highest sports skill. The thesis highlights certain general approaches and accents in long-term preparation of young talents in the countries with a high level of development of football, in national programs and in choosing criteria of assessment of the coach's activity. The laws which work in Ukraine and the content of the training program on football indicate a contradiction between the declared purpose of preparation of the qualified sports reserve and the requirements for its achievement.
