Essay

The integral retrospective analysis of the research and research pedagogical staff of higher qualification preparing genesis in Ukraine in the 20th and early 21st centuries is made in the thesis for the first time. Trends which helped the research and research pedagogical staff of higher qualification preparing at each historical stage and hindered it during the 20th and early 21st centuries are investigated. The role of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the research and research pedagogical staff of higher qualification preparing is enclosed. Promising directions of research and research pedagogical staff of higher qualification preparing in Ukraine in the 21st century are outlined.
