Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of gastric and colon motility upon long-term gastric hypochlorhydria. The results of obtained results have been shown that blockade of gastric acid secretion in rats by omeprazole leads to inhibition of spontaneous and stimulated by carbachol motility of stomach and colon, resulting in a decrease in the amplitude of contractions and motor activity index. Inhibition of motility is accompanied by a decrease in Mg2+,Са2+-ATPase and К+-ATPase activity of smooth muscle of the stomach and colon. It was established that these changes in functioning of gastro-intestinal motility upon long-term hypoacidity of gastric juice are the result of hypergastrinemia and dysbiosis which cause inflammation in the stomach and colon. Recovery of normoflora in digestive system by multiprobiotics significantly restores the motility of the stomach and colon.
