Kryachkova L. Medical and social basing of assurance system of health system's responsiveness to public expectations.

The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the social-health substantiation system of health system's responsiveness to public expectations According to the investigation results the providing system of health system's responsiveness to public expectations was developed. The system includes key aspects of responsiveness and study public expectations using basic processes. The developed model shows that for positive the influence of the health system outcomes it is necessary to provide the reasonable request for the reasonable expectations of the population through the stewardship, an efficient medical staff, accessible, quality and structural effective health care, a fair system of financing and adequate information system. The validity of the system is proved by stepped nonlinear regression model, according to which an increase of the responsiveness on 1% will increase the overall performance efficiency of the health system on 0.18%, and will have the positive results of its implementation at the primary level.
