Essay

This thesis is dedicated to studying physiologic and biochemical specifics of ecologic and technologic conditions influence on the level of mineral and lipid elements nutrition in the organism and products of melliferous bees' and their quality. The thesis analyzes the methods of decreasing heavy metals content in the tissues of different anatomic sections and also in honey, ambrosia and wax, and the ways of increasing their physiologic activity and biologic value using in bees' feeding nanoaquacitrates of microelements and humic dietary supplement "Humilid".On the basis of experimental researches in the thesis new scientific notions on physiologic and biochemical influence of citrates Cr, Se і Ge were obtained using nanotechnologies and "Humilid" supplement on the organism and physiological activity, quality and biologic value of melliferous bees'products.
