Essay

The object is the process of innovative activity of a teacher; the goal is theoretical substantiation and experimental checking of scientific and methodical system of formation of competitive professional teacher by means of innovative activity; the methods are the following: analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, general, empirical, mathematical statistics; the novelty is that the principles of becoming a competitive professional teacher have been theoretically grounded for the first time; the basic concepts related to the essence of competitiveness of a teacher have been systematized; the methodological system of forming a competitive professional teachers in the process of innovative activity have been theoretically grounded and experimentally checked; a complex-purpose program of implementation of scientific and methodical author system has been developed and experimentally tested. The main results and conclusions of the research have been used by the author in the book, in the design of the target integrated program, in the development of the complex of monitoring procedures aimed at determining the level of competitiveness of formation of professional teachers. The materials of the research can be used in the organization of teachers' training courses, in the activity of teachers' unions; in the field of education.
