For the first time the thesis proposed the concept and theoretical basis of educational and cognitive competence of secondary school pupils in teaching physics according to the structure and content of the teaching and learning activities in the context of competence approach. The first time the methodical system of teaching and cognitive competence of secondary school pupils in teaching physics is proposed. This system is aimed at attracting them to teaching and learning activities for solving the educational problems and cognitive learning environment provides for the creation of an appropriate structure and an elemental composition.
