Essay

The materials of thesis are devoted to the studying of influence dynamics of Closaverm-A and complex medicinal product E-selenium on organism of laboratory animals, cattle and sheep and also the influence of recovery processes after their application using pharmacological, toxicological, hematological, biochemical, immunological and pathomorphological test methods including the combination of function disorders and structure. It gave an opportunity to clarify the processes of side effects on the organism of anti-parasitic medicinal product and also to determine one of the ways of its minimizing. The conducted tests determined toxicity class and cumulative properties of the medicinal product Closaverm-A, showed its high anti-parasitic efficacy, studied mutagenic properties of anti-parasitic product and determined their absence at single and multifold injections of Closaverm-A in the therapeutic dose. The results of conducted tests aiming at the studying of animal organism under conditions of multifold injections of Closaverm-A in maximum doses determined that hematological, immunological, biochemical indices and histological structure of internal organs undergo pathological changes that are less expressed after application of above-mentioned medicinal product in the therapeutic dose. On the background of conducted hematological, immunological and biochemical tests the influence of medicinal product Closaverm-A on the organism of experimental animals was shown and the application of medicinal product E-selenium was grounded that demonstrated high immune modulating and anti-mutagenic properties. The injection of medicinal product E-selenium in the dose of 0,02 ml/kg positively influenced the biochemical processes of animal organism, morphological state, histological structure of internal organs (liver, kidneys, heart and spleen).
