Fotina H. Pharmaco-toxicological and clinical evaluation of chemotherapeutic means for rotation schemes in poultry.

The thesis is devoted to creating and pharma-toxicology assessment of chemotherapeutic agents to ensure schemes of rotations of drugs to prevention of bacterial infections of poultry. We studied the distribution of bacterial diseases in poultry depending on the regions. We developed and implemented new product «Avestimtm» on base of morpholine 2-[5-(pyridin -4-il) – 1, 2, 4-triazol-3-iltio] acetate to industry. We improved its immunomodulation effect for treating of poultry bacterial infections. We propose reasonable use of antistress product «Feed-Food magic Antistress Mix» for immunomodulatory effects in poultry. Use of immunomodulator drug «Microstimulin» produced on the base of nanotechnology in the rotation system was proved. In the first application we justified use of environmentally safe drug «Vetox-1000» as detoxification therapy for endotoxins and enterotoxic bacterial microflora. We have developed new formulations of veterinary drugs for the domestic market broad-spectrum antimicrobial action products: «TimTil 250», «Brovoseptol-concentrate», «Ciphtiocur» with high safety degree for environment and also disinfectant Bi-dez. We proposed an effective rotation system as preventive measure against associated bacterial diseases of poultry.
