The goal of dissertation research was to define and substantiate philosophical foundations of education modernization at conditions of modern informational space. The features of the hermeneutics of knowledge in the organization of education information and communication environment were discovered. The vectors of the "knowledge society" formation were substantiated understanding this type of society as a medium of intellectual development of the personality. The principles of the philosophy of educational innovations of information and communication environment were defined.
