Dissertation work is devoted to the theoretical and methodological basis of the imperatives of the global financial market, and on this basis - the development of a holistic scientific concept of integrated global financial market regulation in the system of global economic transformations. In work the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic globalization are developed; the conceptual basis for the formation of the global economic transformations is analyzed; classical and contemporary determinants of the evolution and regulation of global financial markets are identified; the global financial market in the global economic transformations is analysed; the strategic imperatives of the global financial market in the conditions of global transformation shifts are identified.
