Essay

Delivered goals and objectives resolved by reducing the frequency of postoperative recurrence of goiter, increased safety of surgical interventions and introduction of minimally invasive technologies to treat nodular goiter. The choice of volume set operations dependent on the structural and functional changes in the gland parenchyma. According to the research selection algorithms volume operations considering the severity of pathological and functional disorders of the gland parenchyma, size and number of nodal masses. This individual approach to the choice of the volume of transactions allowed reducing the incidence of postoperative recurrence of goiter to 6.6 %. Expediency of technology LigaSure coagulation during operations on the thyroid gland. Its use allows reducing the duration of operations at 19-41 minutes, reducing the amount of blood loss at 18-51 ml. Design and implementation of identification method intraoperative laryngeal nerve tissue of the wound. Indications and contraindications for the use of minimally invasive technologies for treatment of nodular goiter. Improved methods of application lazerinducted interstitial thermotherapy euthyroid and toxic units using one optical fiber, ethanol sclerotherapy cystic components and their combination for the treatment of heterogeneous nodes structure.
