Essay

The object of study: adaptation to hibernation of bees, brood incubation, histoliz histogenesis and tissue pupae of honey bees, lipolysis and lipogenesis of fatty acids, morphological changes in the body of bees. Subject of research: honeybees, the content of total lipids, the ratio of classes of lipids, phospholipids and esterified cholesterol, fatty acids, morphological indicators of individual organs, the level of productivity. Methods: physiological, biochemical (determination of the content of total lipids, the ratio of classes of lipids, phospholipids, esterified cholesterol, fatty acids), histochemical and morphometric (study of structural and functional characteristics of cells pharyngeal cancer, honey crop, midgut, poisonous glands), zootechnical ( explore methods of preparation of bee colonies to hibernation, methods of control wintering bees), time and motion-registration (control of life expectancy, assessment and indicators wintering bees) and statistics (biometric processing of materials research). Scientific novelty of the results. For the first time formed the concept of honey bees adapt to abiotic factors in Western region of Ukraine. The methods of increasing the stability of the organism in a state of hibernation. It was found that the additional amount of brood rearing in September a negative impact on the deposit of total lipids in the body of bees, especially in the tissues of the abdomen. Revealed that the influence of hypothermic stress in the body of honey bees in postembryonic period increases the number of total lipids and changing the ratio between classes of lipids, phospholipids, cholesterol and esterified fatty acids. Histolizu reveals new features and histogenesis in the body of honey bees in the pupa stage and peredlyalechky. The influence of incubation temperature on the intensity of brood lipolysis as a result of which found that despite the reduction of saturated, there is increased concentration of unsaturated fatty acids. Studied the characteristics of ontogenetic fatty acids and trans isomers lipid tissues of honey bees that indicate dynamic growth in the number of isomers of oleic and linoleic acids. For the first time the dependence of morphometric parameters of pharyngeal cancer brood incubation temperature. It's revealed that brood incubation temperature decrease negative impact on the growth of acini pharyngeal cancer. The principles morphofunctional relationship between structure pharyngeal cancer and temperature during development, proving that the number of vesicles and degree of filling secret depend on the development of functional glands. Revealed structural and functional characteristics of epithelial cells of the mucous membrane of the midgut by cytological and morphometric studies. Established that lowering the temperature of incubation brood negative impact on morphometric parameters midgut enterocytes. The influence of bee pollen in the diet-family educator on indicators in the exterior and interior infertile females which resulted in an increase in set length and width 3 and 4 tergite and a large reservoir of toxic cancer. Proved positive effect of lactic acid bacteria mixed with bee pollen bees on life expectancy, a lot of larvae rektumu without changing mass larvae feed. Studied that consumption of such food promotes better reproductive performance of the uterus. A: method of rational use of feed stocks bees in the winter (Ukraine patent for utility model number 11003), a way of liberation honey frames of bees during medosbora (Ukraine patent for utility model number 22380), the method of selection of bee colonies for quality winter (Patents Ukraine utility model number 31839). These methods implemented in feeding programs and keeping bee colonies.
