Savenkov V. Substantiation, elaboration and adoption of the method of minimally invasive surgical treatment of patients with hydronephrosis.

The research focuses on solving the scientific problem of increasing the efficiency of surgically treated hydronephrosis by systematizing diagnostic methods, elaborating and improving the miniinvasive surgery method. New methods of miniinvasive surgery have been developed, the existing ones refined in view of obstruction etiopathogenetic mechanisms, a conceptual framework of applying the latter created. On the basis of enlarging the etiopathogenesis hydronephrosis scope diagnostic markers have been revealed. The algorithm of examining patients and the method of preventing stricture relapses have been developed, hydronephrosis metaphylactics measures optimized. Principles of treating patients with different clinical forms management have been formulated. A system of simulation training, testing and certifying urologists, mastering endovideosurgical techniques on the standardized program basis has been developed.
