Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of socialization of children with Cognitive development disorder in the special comprehensive school conditions. The essence questions, mechanisms and stages of socialization, rates of its efficiency on every of them are examined in this dissertation. The analysis of soundly based on theory conceptions and approaches to the abovementioned problem research in General education science, Psychology for Special Needs and Special Pedagogy is represented. On the ground of literature data socialization is reviewed as a process of personality development in the definite social conditions; a process of the social experience adoption by an individual, in consequence of which this experience transfers into own values and orienting points, attracts into the individual's behavioral system those norms and patterns, that are accepted in a society. In this research a technique of socialization peculiarities of children with Cognitive development disorder at every stage due to the subject matter, that is the most influential on socialization success rates, is represented. On a summative phase of assessment an insufficient general level of children socialization at all its stages in special comprehensive schools is elicited. Whereby more successful socialization is at the stages of adaptation and early labor training essentially by means of efficiency of children adaptation increasing to changeable conditions of life-sustaining activity. It is less successful at the stages of integration and individualization: considerable complexity in their own peculiarities and possibilities recognition, their usage as a basis of their further development, social growth and professional formation are determined. An insufficient level of children socialization is searched out due to all separate rates at its every stage.
