Essay

The classification methodology for hierarchical structuring and formalized description of the blanks and technologies of their production, scorecard technological blanks, synthesis methodology are suggested. A model of a generalized technological route which embodies the principles of unification is developed. A database of typical technological operations and on the basis of economic and mathematical models, method of selecting effective technological process is created. Prerequisites for parametric standardization helical and auger billets are created. The progressive processes of the production of helical and auger billets have been proposed.
