Puzanova O. Ground and information support of the concept of evidence based prevention in health care.

Based on comprehensive study of historical-and-developmental and methodological principles, information resources of evidence based preventive medicine, as well as of international experience, teaching and organizational aspects of their use, and of evidence base of main medical prevention technologies, the concept of evidence based prevention in health care as a modern policy and practice directed to health promotion, strengthening and restoring, and to improving quality of care in terms of priority development of primary health care has been grounded. The classification of information resources of evidence based prevention in health care has been developed, as well as the functional-and-organizational model of implementing the concept of evidence based prevention in health care in health care of Ukraine in accordance with modern principles and strategic directions of its development and the needs identified to improve its information support and staffing. Introduction of scientific term "evidence based prevention" has been grounded, and the system of educational activity on evidence based prevention in the national health care has been developed.
