The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical and empirical aspects of modern adolescence personality development modelling based on the integrative paradigmatic synthesis. It was distinguished that active using of communicative strategies while modelling personality's behavioral scenarios causes the formation of rational personality's constructs during adolescence. It was empirically proved that the content understanding of the change in social situation of psychological development of a personality during adolescence and recognizing abilities of self-creation of a subject in new social life creativity conditions demands specially planned educational environment. In the given context the psychological dimensions of dialogic modus of pedagogical communication as a factor of humanization of educational process and support with multivariate increase and specification of adolescence personality constructs have been analyzed. The complex program of correcting and developing psychological and pedagogical support of the process of correcting of personality adolescence constructs in the conditions of reflect-dialogue interaction at educational institutions have been offered and integrated, its effectiveness has been proved as well.
