Lashkul Z. Medical and social justification multimodal system of prevention of hypertension based on the concept of personalized medicine in the adult population at the regional level.

Dissertation is devoted to actual scientific problem - the justification of a multi-modal system of prevention of hypertension with the concept of personalized medicine at the regional level in conditions of reforming the Healthcare. Comprehensive medical and social research established the ineffectiveness of existing hypertension prevention system at the regional level and the discrepancy to the better the experience of the world on this issue. A new system of prevention of hypertension, which is based on European, national guidelines, but taking into account the socio-economic situation in the region, the prevalence of risk factors among the various categories of the population, the level of medical care. The central elements in the organization of system of prevention of hypertension is the "Population", "Community" and "Individual". The main organizer of its implementation is the local authority, executor of the family doctor. Organizational, financial and quantitative requirements for the medical examination of the population were changed. The results of implementation of the proposed system in the field proved its economic, medical and social efficiency.
