The research is dedicated to improving results in the planned surgery and emergency surgery by developing methods of evaluation and prevention the postoperative thromboembolism, considering the severity of surgical stress. Established objectification risk groups of venous thromboembolic complications by determining the severity of surgical stress. The incidence of postoperative venous thrombosis is proportionately depending on the degree of the surgical stress. Patients with non-specific connective tissue dysplasia relating to patients at high risk of venous thrombosis. Surgery accompanied by an increase hypercoagulable in the intraoperative and early postoperative periods against the background of depressed fibrinolytic links of hemostasis, which was the basis to develop a new method of thromboprophylaxis. Of the 107 observations postoperative venous thrombosis in 29 patients diagnosed embolodengerous thrombosis that required urgent intervention. The proposed improved method of thromboprophylaxis and diagnostic-treatment algorithm allowed reduce development the postoperative thrombosis in patients with planned surgical pathology at 2,08 times, and in patients with urgent surgical pathology - in 1,95 times..
