Shevchenko M. Medical-social substantiation of new system of financial of health care system in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the new financing system of health care that focuses on the needs of the largest possible population in various types of medical care within available financial resources. Comprehensive medical and social research of current scientific problem solved - study of a new system of financing the national health system, which involves a radical change in its basic functions - the collection, distribution, purchase - and focused on the needs of the largest possible population in various types of medical care and efficient use of public funds. The characteristics of the national system of health care financing shows available not coordinated discharge of its major interrelated functions: collection, distribution, implementation of strategic procurement. Theoretically reasonably reliable evidence-based data and developed a new system of health care financing in Ukraine, which includes comprehensive changes in the functions of financing. The efficiency of the new financing system of health care, which is implemented at pilot sites within the model experiment.
