Object of research - technological processes turning and drilling workpieces made of polymer composite materials. Objective: simulation of forming products from polymeric composite materials on the basis of process control fracture of allowance, which allows for the selected tool have the choice of optimal technological parameters. Methods: the aspects of mechanical engineering technology, cutting theory, the theory of the destruction and the destruction of the contact, mathematical analysis and modeling. The numerical solution of contact problems using a method of boundary elements with the help of developed software. Research confirmed by comparison with experimental data. Theoretical and practical results are to build the best technological processes of machining of polymeric composite materials with the lowest delamination and spalling for treatment surface. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that the research is justified and formulated aspects directional control the destruction of the polymer composite material in the process of drilling and turning. Degree of implementation: design of composite materials with electrical isolation (PJSC "FED", Kharkov) calculations and the design process of turning and drilling of PCB bearing separators (chiffon brand TP-6) and polyamide PA SV30-1E-M (JSC "HARP "Kharkov) educational process NTU"KhPI ". Scope: processes aviation and automotive, aerospace, chemical industry, the manufacture of friction components, protective, corrosion resistant and electrical products for various purposes, the learning process.
