Essay

Based on the theoretical study reveals structure experimental process of readiness for professional border guard officer. The model of psychology border officer readiness to professional activity which allowed to reveal the nature, composition, contents, structure, conditions and ways of readiness to perform tasks. It is shown that the willingness of officers to professional-border consists of the following components as management style, orientation of professional communication styles, communication and organizational skills. It is shown that willingness to professional activity of border guards consist of the following components: leadership (management) styles, orientation styles of professional communication, communication and organizational skills. In particular, it is proved that the most effective styles for professional activity of border guards are mixed styles of leadership (management) and professional communication: the democratic-authoritarian and the authoritarian-democratic-liberal, as well as commitment to the activity process, its results and consequences, collective interaction. Border guard's availability measure to the professional activity is mixed type of situational and personal orientation, including direction on professional interest, psychological climate in the team, where the officer serves, relations with border guards and official subordination as between members of the military team (subdivision) and senior management of higher level (headquarters). It is empirically proved that for effective performance of professional duties border guards should have developed organization and communication skills, manifested in the collective decision-making, structuring the manager-subordinate relationships, collective responsibility for mistakes. It is shown and proved, that there are sex differences in the formation of the various components of preparedness of officers of border guards. In particular, women inherent in democratic management style and authoritarianism is manifested at the beginning and end of service. The men inherent in authoritarian and liberal leadership (management) style. Officers over 40 inherent in high liberality, and simultaneously, reduced orientation to the interests of the case, what is linked with decreased motivation of professional activity according to release. Determining the content of psychology readiness officer border guards to the profession that allows you to optimize the training officer manager in terms of programs education, retraining and advanced training of the officer corps, professional and psychological level officer border guards to the tasks of the state border of Ukraine including the mobilization period.
