Essay

It is shown that a high fat content in the diet (15%) triggers development of hepatosteatosis, the degree of which depends on the content of palmitic acid. Fats with a high composition of palmitic acid (palm oil and butter) also cause dysbio-sis in the tissues of the intestine and liver. It is shown that high lipid diet reduces the content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (linolenic, eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic) lipids in liver and serum. It is recommended to use a high oleic sunflower oil "Olive". Shown its ther-apeutic and preventive action in conditions of high lipid diet and the ability not to reduce the level of omega-3 fatty acids.
