Bondarenko V. Theoretical and Methodical Foundations of Image Formation for Future Technology Teachers in the System of Educational Work of Pedagogical University

The thesis is devoted to systematic analysis of the problem of integral forming of image for future technology teachers. Theoretical and methodological principles of understanding the nature of image of technology teachers and the process of its forming in students were proved. The structure of this phenomenon was exposed as a whole set of integrating images of "I" as a person and a professional (technology teacher) and external characteristics associated primarily with the quality of educational interaction between verbal and nonverbal means. The conceptual model of solving selected problems was worked out, the content of student education in terms of expanding a cultural component was brought to conformity with the model, regularities and principles of professional image forming for future technology teachers were defined. The stages and components of the projected technology of image forming for the students - conceptual, semantically-judicial and skilled-resource were characterized. Accordingly to the results of forming experiment the effectiveness of the appropriate technology was proved.
