Essay

Objective - to ensure high-quality joints in conditions of serial production using organizational and technological methods of assembly, which excludes incomplete production, provides minimization of joint parameters scatter in the party without the necessity of increasing the accuracy in the production of the combined parts, on the basis of information about their real size. Research methods: statistical experiments, finite element method. In the experimental part the statistics methods used in data processing, and production-scale experiments. Theoretical and practical results is to provide high-quality joints in terms of serial production using organizational and technological methods of assembly, when based on the use of information about the real dimensions of parts increases efficiency by excludes incomplete production, minimizing the spread parameters of joints in the party, not increased demands on manufacturing precision parts that are connected. Scientific novelty of the results is that on the basis of deterministic methods to achieve accuracy level locking linear dimensional chain solutions to stochastic problem of finding optimum dimensional relationships developed theoretical principles of quality management acquisition and assembly of high-quality joints while reducing the cost of production in terms of serial production. Degree of implementation: two units for induction heating before assembly to Popasnaja Car Repair Plant (Luhansk region) and a program to automate the kitting during assembly at "East Liz" (Kharkov). Scope: technological processes in assembly high-quality joints of medium machine building in serial production.
