The dissertation is devoted a problem of increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment complex good-quality diseases mammary glands and hyperplastic processes of uterus at women of reproductive age on the basis of studying of new aspects patogenesise given complex pathology, and also improvements and introductions of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New links of patogenesise are shown of a good-quality pathology of uterus and mammary glands at women of reproductive age on the basis of the established interrelations between presence dyshormonal infringements and dysregulation of cytokines status. It is shown by increase of frequency of production IL-6 and IL-l ?, displaying infringements of interactions between immunocompetente cages and cytokines, and also direct correlation dependence between levels sFas and IL-l ? (r=0,52), increase of level IFG-2 at simultaneous decrease IFG-3 that specifies that these cytokines may be process activators of proliferation. The role of leyomioma of uterus, adenomyose and hyperplastic processes of endometrium, including in combination to inflammatory diseases of reproductive system, pathological changes of uterus cervix, in development and clinical current of good-quality diseases of mammary glands, and in further and in transition in proliferative mastopatia is shown. The role of infringements of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system of the psychological status at patients with complex pathology of a uterus and mammary glands, and also at stage of proliferation process in mammary glands is shown. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on decrease gynecologic and mammary diseases at women of reproductive age, and also on reduction of development of cancer mammary glands.
