Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of future teachers' training for work in the context of educational systems' variability. The paper investigates the problem through the historical and pedagogical context, and presents modern scientific approaches to future teachers' training. The use of interdisciplinarity for the theoretical and methodological substantiation has allowed to validate the concept of educational systems, clarify the notion of "educational system", "educational systems' variability", identify the essential features, design typology as well as scientifically ground patterns and pedagogical conditions of the various educational-training institutions. Within the structure of professional competence of future teachers, the pedagogical and specialized competence of future teachers for professional activity in terms of educational systems' variability were distinguished and thoroughly described, as well as the criteria, indicators and levels of formation were explored. The methodology of the stage formation of this competence was developed, based on the organic combination of analytical, professiographic and practical aspects. The effectiveness of the author's model of future teachers' training to work in the context of educational systems' variability was developed and proven based on the principles of integration of contextual learning; compliance of training requirements for modern production; individual characteristics of students working in different groups; the principles of integrity, continuity and predictability; and the use of modern teaching technology in higher education institutions.
