The object - the quality of life of different population groups; Aim - to substantiate theoretical and methodological foundations of health-enhancing and recreational technology applyed for improving life quality of different population group; Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization, sociological methods (survey), pedagogical methods (pedagogical tests, pedagogical experiment), modeling, graphs method, methods of mathematical statistics (descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis). Novelty - the applied scientific problem of the formation, providing and improvement of quality of life of different population groups through the use of health-enhancing and recreational technology is solved; Results: The theoretical model of the quality of life that defines the basic components of human well-being was determined. The comprehensive monitoring system with separate components for the data accumulation was developed. The quantitative evaluation of quality of life of people of different ages was done. The approaches to providing the quality of life of elderly people with health and recreation technologies were theoretically grounded and methodologically developed. Specialization - physical education and sport.
