Object of research: process of reproduction of human capital. The purpose: development of conceptual bases of innovative reproduction of human capital in a global and local social transformations and justification of scientific and practical recommendations on providing social and humanitarian certainty and direction for innovative development of national economy. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and logical approaches, quantitative and qualitative analysis, historical-genetic, conceptual, evolutionary, evolutionary-institutional approaches, systemic-functional and structural analysis, economic and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: for the first time disclosed the contents of the reproduction of human capital of innovative development of socio-economic activities of its subjects and is characterized by the increasing role of social capital in the reproduction of human capital; characterized by dysfunction of the human capital; justified socogetra model of innovative development of national economy; revealed investment activity in reproduction of human capital as jointly divided the relationship of his subjects; improved justification pollicles and types of reproduction of human capital; further development of the opening stages of the evolution of the human capital theory; the definition of innovative factors of social change and human capital for innovation development; kapetanovica functions of the household; characteristic of the directions of transformation of human capital in conditions of post-industrial developments; rationale of approaches to the definition of absolute and process losses of human capital; the systematization of the function of human capital. Scope: human research and innovative development in the conditions of global and local transformational shifts; program of socio-humanitarian development of the regional and national levels; state regulation of innovative reproduction of the national human capital; teaching.
