The dissertation is dedicated to the development and justification of the theoretical foundations of fleet operation management in the TTS to increase the efficiency of their operation. The dissertation presents the theory and practice of the TTS function, concretized the concept of "TTS", systematized the chronology of their appearance and development, refined substantive aspects of periodization obtained.
