Theoretical generalization and the new problem resolution of medico-social reasons for conceptual model of secondary stationary medical care in Ukraine developed taking into account WHO recommendations, international experience of reforming of health care in the conditions of reform of local self-government, domestic achievements on enhancement of the organization of activities of stationary sector of medical care which implementation of separate elements proved the potential medical, social and cost efficiency is provided to theses. Results of a research of structure of the hospitalized patients on criteria of validity of hospitalization have proved that the patients directed in the emergency and planned order for performing intensive therapy, recovery treatment, the hospice help need her.
