Essay

The thesis focuses on intrathecal methods in differential diagnosis and intensive care of the patients with meningoencephalitis of various causations. There was introduced the sequence of actions during differential diagnostic testing at suspicion on meningoencephalitis. There were scientifically proved the intrathecal methods of liquor hypertension correction depending on the causation of meningoencephalitis. It was proved that the inclusion of intrathecal methods (CSF pressure correction, liquor saline sanitation, intrathecal administration of antibacterial drugs) into the complex of intensive care of the bacterial meningoencephalitis patients leads to the reduction in mortality.
