Lukianenko O. Innovative Resource of Global Economic Development.

Object of the study - internationalization of national innovation systems as a key driving force of the global economic development. Objective of the study - development of methodology for system research of innovative resource of global economic development and its imperatives, formulation of integrative conceptual approaches regarding substantiation of the model of generation of national competitive advantages based on innovation and specification of strategic priorities for improving efficiency of the innovation policy of Ukraine in view of integration and globalization challenges. Methods of the study - historical and logical, factor, structural and cluster analysis, classification and system generalization, economic and mathematical modeling, and sociological method. The paper reveals global motivation and analyzes modern practices of innovative business, identifies innovative factors of global competitive leadership, shows evolution development of innovative corporate strategies and management models towards creativity. The structural and functional parameters of innovation systems at various levels were identified, the fundamentals of creation and practices of national innovation systems functioning were generalized, the model of the European innovation system was characterized and the composition of the global innovation system was predicted. The paper makes criterion evaluation and comparative analysis of the country innovative strategies, theoretical and empirical analysis of cluster forms of innovative progress dynamization, positions universities in the structure of intellectual economy and shows growth of their integrative role in the innovatization processes. The complex analytical assessment of innovation and intellectual potential of Ukraine was provided, sectoral and institutional priorities of technological modernization of its economy were determined, and the crisis impact on the national innovation competitiveness was analyzed. The paper substantiates the network and cluster innovation model of economic development. Scope of the paper - functioning of the national innovation system, development of the legal framework for activities of universities and science parks by the Ukraine Parliamentary Committee on Science and Education, the educational process.
