Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical-legal and methodological foundations of complex forensic research. The work describes integration processes that take place in the field of forensic examination: their essence, trends and problems. On the basis problems analysis there were suggested the ways to solve them. Particular attention is paid to the application of a systematic approach in conducting complex forensic research and on the basis of which their classification has been developed. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works on the development of forensic examination and own searches, author's definitions of the interdisciplinary subject of complex research in the forensic examination; integration object of forensic examination; complex forensic examination; methods of complex forensic research and relevant changes in Ukrainian legislation are proposed. There are analyzed the provisions concerning the interaction of special knowledge during performing complex forensic researches; system of elements of complex forensic expert research of material traces-imaging's; general methodical approaches to solving problems of complex forensic research; professional and moral-ethical requirements for the forensic experts in the course of complex forensic-expert research; concept and circle of subjects of forensic expert activity, etc.
