In the dissertation the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the regional vector of external migration of Ukrainian citizens in the post-bipolar transformation of the international system are researched. Emphasis was placed on the importance of migration topics for a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of globalization as an actual megatrend of international relations; positioning of Ukraine in the regional and global international arena; development of subregional interstate relations of our country with other states in the context of national interests and security challenges.
