Essay

The justification of the methodological foundation of polycultural education is based on the modern paradigm of post-classical science. The following regularities of polycultural education have been revealed: parallel targeted and spontaneous impact on the formation of a future teacher personality as a human culture; the conditionality of the content of polycultural education of the future teacher by the needs of society and the purpose of polycultural education, the level of his psychological/pedagogical training; the conditionality of the personal qualities of the future teacher by his motivations, needs, abilities, mental processes. Based on the revealed patterns the methodological (axiological, cultural, interdisciplinary and competence) approaches to polycultural education have been described.
