Krasovska O. Theoretical and methodical principles of professional preparation of future teachers of initial school in industry of artistic education by facilities of innovative technologies

In doctoral dissertation theoretical and methodical principles of professional preparation of future teachers of initial school are investigational in industry of artistic education by facilities of innovative technologies. Authorial conception of this preparation is worked out on principles humanistic, culturological, axiology, system, interdisciplinary, personality oriented, technological, activity, competent, scientific approaches. On the basis of conceptual principles it is worked out and the structural-functional model of process of professional preparation of future teachers of initial school is experimentally tested in industry of artistic education by facilities of innovative technologies; the results of diagnosticating of cognitive are presented, motivational, valued-aesthetic, activite-technological and personality-reflection constituents of professional readiness of future teacher of initial classes to artistic-educational activity; it is described organizationally-methodical providing of preparation of students of pedagogical faculties in industry of artistic education and effectiveness of introduction of experimental model is well-proven. On the basis of the got results perspective directions of further study of problem are reasonable. Research results are inculcated in practice of work of higher educational establishments of Ukraine.
