Essay

The study was conducted on the basis of the Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine during the period of 2014-2017. The research was provided simultaneously in 6 directions, namely: the prenatal period, the early age, the period of pre-school and junior school age, the period of adolescence, the period of adulthood and the direction of work with medical staff. At the stage of psychodiagnosis, 706 people were involved, namely: 37 pregnant women and 10 husbands, 100 children with congenital heart disease (CHD) 1-3.5 years old and their 40 mothers, 68 CHD children 4-10 years old, 60 CHD children 13-15 years old and 38 their healthy peers, 25 mothers of CHD adolescents, 178 CHD adults and 150 medical workers. The study identified peculiarities of the psycho-emotional state and coping strategies of pregnant women, peculiarities of marital relationships with their husbands, the psychological and psychomotor development of CHD children 1-3.5 years old, the peculiarities of the psycho-emotional condition of CHD children and CHD adults. The study provided an assessment of the quality of life of CHD adolescents and CHD adults, as well as the features of the psychoemotional and psychosocial state of CHD children's mothers. The study highlighted the phenomenon of bullying and emotional burnout syndrome among medical staff who help CHD patients. A comprehensive study of the peculiarities of the clinical and psychological state of CHD patients at different stages of psychoontogenesis, psychosocial characteristics of their relatives, as well as the identification of the features of professional deformation of medical staff and the phenomenon of bullying was highlighted in the thesis. Scientific model of medical and psychological assistance and a program of measures for all participants in the therapeutic process (patients, their relatives and medical staff were described in the paper.
