Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of the professional training future engineers for the automation of power grid systems. The analysis of the professional activity of engineers on the automation of power systems and the state of their professional training carried out in the dissertation enabled us to establish that the methodological basis of the process of the professional training future specialists should be causal approach, based on the identification of causal relationships and relations between different subsystems of knowledge, which form the basis of the development of concepts, skills and professionally important qualities and, as a consequence, professional competencies. Within the framework of the study, the methodological system (goals, content, method, means, forms) and methods of the professional training future engineers for the automation of power grid systems on the basis of the causal approach are theoretically substantiated and developed. The experimental verification of the developed methodical system of the professional training future engineers for the automation of power grid systems on the basis of the causal approach has proved its effectiveness, and the statistical significance of the results of the pedagogical experiment - the means of mathematical statistics.
