Essay

The national economic problem of modern machine building, which consists in ensuring the quality of machining of machine parts by the parameter of dimensional accuracy in conditions of mass production, is solved in the thesis. The new model of the distribution of the dimensions of parts and the evaluations it’s a parameters which was found using probabilistic-statistical methods, which allowed creating a methodology for forecasting, analyzing and controlling the quality of the technological process of processing to ensure the necessary accuracy. The effectiveness of the proposed methods of accuracy control was been comprehensively studied and it’s a concluded that they are suitable for use in a batch production. A new approach to the creation of a method for assembling details by size is also proposed based on the calculation of the minimum absolute deviation of the size value from the modal value.
